Enclave, by Erick Cabal
The business systemsbehind your hustle.
Your business systems, fully built. Enclave builds the operations, marketing and AI systems that run it, then stays as your partner so your business lasts. That means your brand, booking page, payment checks, customer list, books, manuals, and the AI systems (your Virtual Team) that draft and organise the routine work. You approve anything that reaches a customer.
With Enclave, buo na ang mga sistema ng negosyo mo. Binubuo ng Enclave ang operations, marketing at AI systems na nagpapatakbo nito, at mananatili kaming partner mo para tumagal ang negosyo mo.
- Based in
- General Trias, Cavite
- Serving
- The Philippines, and Filipino-owned businesses in the US and Canada
- Tiers from
- ₱750 a month
- Care from
- ₱1,500 a month
Your business is doing well.Keeping up with itis the hard part.
Inquiries get lost in Messenger
A customer asks for a price at 11pm. You reply the next morning, but they have already booked somewhere else. You do not know how many customers you missed last month.
Your money lives in screenshots
One GCash receipt is in this chat, a Maya receipt is in another, and your notebook matches neither. At the end of the month, you are not sure how much you really earned.
Your team waits for you
Every new hire learns by asking you. Schedules, attendance and payroll live in your head and your phone, so the business cannot run a day without you.
Why Enclaveexists.
Mission
Enclave exists to build the business systems behind Filipino hustle, so that no owner grows alone and every business lasts for decades and grows with confidence.
Bubuuin ko ang mga sistema sa likod ng sipag mo, para hindi ka mag-isa, at tumagal nang ilang dekada at lumago nang may tiwala ang negosyo mo.
Vision
When Asia looks for the best-run MSMEs and startups, it looks to the Philippines.
Behind every Filipino storefront, on the street or online, stands a real system. The sari-sari store and the gown rental run with the same care and precision as the finest company in town. Every owner closes the month knowing exactly what they earned and is home in time for dinner.
By 2036, a thousand Filipino businesses run on systems of their own, and not one payment is chased through the DMs.
How I work.
Seven promises I keep, even when no one is checking.
- 01
Build It As If Your Name Were On It
I never stop at what was asked. Every system leaves my hands bearing the mark of its maker, finished beyond expectation, and every business is left stronger than we found it.
- 02
Make Every First Hello Unforgettable
The first reply, the first proposal, the first week: each one tells you who I am. I make them count, for the memory of a first meeting lingers long after the work is done.
- 03
Be the Partner, Never the Vendor
I see the storm before it gathers, speak before I am asked, and bring the idea no one thought to request. Your business does not wait, so neither do I.
- 04
Measure Myself by Your Growth
The deliverable is never the destination; your flourishing is. Every task carries a purpose, and I honor results over hours.
- 05
Guard Trust Above All
Trust is built over seasons and lost in a single moment. I guard every password, every peso and every promise, and I tell the truth even when it costs me, offering a better path whenever the answer is "not yet".
- 06
Grace in Mistakes, Steel in Commitments
I extend grace to the honest error and hold every commitment with quiet resolve, for you and for myself. I never compel, yet I always set the date.
- 07
Never Forget the Hustle That Made Me
I was born of the same hustle I now serve. I stay humble in success, grateful in hardship and joyful on the hardest days. The mission comes before the money, and character before talent.
How I build the systemsthat run your business.
I start with the basics of your business, then your plan, then how you get customers, and only then the system. Then I stay, so you never grow alone. That is why I never start with just a website.
- 01
Foundation
Before anything else, I get to know your business the way you know it.
- Your business on one pageWhat you sell, who you sell to, and the one goal for this year, written so you and your team can see it at a glance.
- What each job really costs youWe work out what every product or service costs to deliver, so you know which ones truly earn and which ones only keep you busy.
- Clear roles for everyoneEach person knows what is theirs to do, so not every question and decision lands on your shoulders.
- 02
Strategy
Next, we find the customers you love serving and give them every reason to choose you.
- A clear picture of your ideal customerWho they are, what they worry about, and where they look, so every post and reply speaks straight to them.
- Why you, not the shop down the streetWe find what makes you the obvious choice in your market and say it in words your customers understand.
- A brand that looks like youYour logo, colors and ready-made templates, so every post, invoice and receipt looks like the same trusted business.
- Prices and packages that feel fairSimple offers your customers can say yes to, priced so they pay you well, with ready-made messages that sell them.
- 03
Growth
Then I help more of the right people book and pay, without you chasing them.
- One simple path to a paid bookingFrom a customer's first message to their payment, every step is clear, so fewer people drop off along the way.
- Your next offer, readyYou learn what else your customers would gladly buy from you, so a one-time customer becomes a regular.
- Follow-ups that never forgetGentle reminders go out on time, so no inquiry or past customer slips through the cracks.
- 04
System
Finally, I bring it all together into tools that keep working, even on your busiest days.
- Everything in one placeBookings, payment checks, your customer list and your records live in one system, not in ten chats and a notebook. It works with how you already sell: Messenger, GCash, Maya and bank transfer.
- Know what you earned, every monthA simple monthly profit view and clean books for your bookkeeper, so you close every month knowing exactly where you stand.
- Manuals your team can followPlain-language guides and training, so a new helper learns the job in a week instead of asking you every day.
- AI systems (your Virtual Team) that draft for youThrough Enclave, it prepares your replies, posts and reports, and nothing goes out until you approve it.
- 05
Care
After launch, I stay, because a system only lasts if someone keeps it sharp.
- I keep it runningEvery month I keep your system working, updated and safe, and fix anything that breaks.
- A monthly check-inWe look at what worked, what did not, and what to improve next, so your business keeps growing with confidence.
- Yours, alwaysEvery account is in your name and your data is yours to download, anytime.
Everything in the system is yours. You can export your customers, bookings and records at any time, and take them with you if you ever leave.
Three packages.Choose the one that fitsyour business today.

What people say.
Reviews from our first clients are on the way.
What Enclaveis not.
So you know exactly what to expect from me.
Not a website shop
A website is only one part of the system. On its own, it cannot answer customers, check payments or keep your books, so I never build just a website.
Your Virtual Team: AI systems that draft, you decide
Your Virtual Team is a set of AI systems, each with one job: answering inquiries, writing posts, following up or preparing reports. I set them up on an AI tool you subscribe to, like ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, train them on your business and keep them running. Nothing reaches a customer until you approve it.
I am not an accountant or a lawyer
I keep your records clean and hand them to your accountant, but taxes, permits, contracts and legal questions belong with a licensed professional. Please consult one, and I will gladly work alongside them.
I never touch your money
Payments go straight to your own accounts. I only help you check what arrived.
No lock-in
Once you have fully paid for the build, the system is all yours. Every account is in your name, and you can download your data anytime.
Care is a 12-month partnership
Monthly care keeps your system running and improving, with updates every month: 1 on Start Care, and 3 or 7 of any size, new functions included, on Grow and Whole Business Care. It runs for at least 12 months, because a system only lasts if someone keeps it sharp. After that, it continues month to month.
