Who you’re dealing with

This site (erickcabal.com) is owned by Erick Jhon L. Cabal, an individual sole proprietor based in General Trias, Cavite, Philippines. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The free Virtual Assistant resources

Everything in the Resources section is free for personal and business use. You can copy, edit, and customize the templates for your work or your clients' work. The only thing you can't do is repackage them for resale or charge other people for the original templates.

The templates are provided as is. They're tools I actually use, but I make no warranty that they fit your exact situation, will work for your specific clients, or comply with every regulation in your jurisdiction. Use your judgment.

Web development services

When you start a project through /start and we agree to work together, our relationship is governed by a separate Master Service Agreement and a project-specific Statement of Work, plus (where appropriate) a Mutual NDA. Those documents control the commercial relationship, these Terms only cover your basic use of this website.

The estimate generated by the order builder is a non-binding starting point for our conversation. Final pricing is confirmed in a signed Statement of Work.

Intellectual property

The original copy, design, and code of this website (erickcabal.com) belong to me. The free resources I publish are licensed for your use as described above. Quotes, screenshots, and brief excerpts for fair-use criticism, commentary, and education are welcome, please credit and link back when you can.

The portfolio shows live websites built for other clients; ownership of those sites lies with each client and is not transferred to you by viewing the portfolio.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site or its forms to send spam or harass anyone.
• Attempt to break in, scrape at scale, or interfere with the site's operation.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate someone else when submitting forms.
• Resell or sublicense the free resources as standalone products.

Third-party links

The site links out to many third-party tools, articles, and pricing pages (Google Workspace, Stripe, Vercel, Resend, Spiralytics, Truelogic, and others). Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and I'm not responsible for their content or availability.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site, the free resources, and the order builder are provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. That includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, I won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the site or the free resources. Direct liability, if any, is capped at PHP 5,000 or the amount you've paid me (whichever is greater).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or anything that cannot legally be limited under Philippine law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the proper courts of the City of General Trias, Province of Cavite. Before going to court, both sides agree to attempt good-faith resolution by direct discussion for at least 15 days.

Changes

I may update these Terms when something material changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
