Five nights in Hong Kong with the family, landing on a birthday: Ocean Park, the Peak, Disneyland, a Macau day trip and Lantau. Here's the story, the itinerary with the tickets I used and the vlogs to match, and an honest budget of about ₱66,000 each.

A family trip built around theme parks, the Peak and Macau, with the tickets and vlogs for each stop.
We landed in Hong Kong on a birthday, and that set the tone for the whole trip: this one was about the family, not about saving every peso.
Five nights, a base in Tung Chung near the airport, and a list that tried to fit everything in.
Ocean Park, the Peak and Disneyland
Day one was Ocean Park, then the Peak Tram up to Madame Tussauds and the Sky Terrace 428 for the view over the city. Day two was a full day at Hong Kong Disneyland. Both have their own vlogs on my channel, so you can see them before you buy the tickets.
A day in Macau
On day three we crossed to Macau: Senado Square and the Ruins of St. Paul's in the old town, then the big resorts of Cotai, from the Grand Lisboa to The Venetian and Studio City. One day covers the highlights if you keep moving.
Lantau by day, Kowloon by night
Day four was the biggest: the Ngong Ping cable car up to the Tian Tan Buddha, then back down to Tsim Sha Tsui for Victoria Harbour, the Avenue of Stars, an open-top bus tour at night and the Temple Street Night Market.
The last day was for shopping: the Ladies' Market and Don Don Donki for pasalubong.
What it cost
Flights and the hotel are real numbers from our bookings; tickets, food and transport are honest estimates. All in, plan for about ₱66,000 per person for five nights. You can go lower by skipping one theme park and leaning on street food.
Philippine passport holders can visit Hong Kong visa-free for up to 14 days (as of 2026). Check the Hong Kong Immigration Department site before you fly.
